Background

We've spent most of our careers on the receiving end of data infrastructure decisions made in a hurry. This practice exists to make fewer of those.

Who we work with

Mostly teams between 5 and 60 engineers who've hit the point where the original pipeline design doesn't fit anymore, but a full platform rebuild isn't justified yet either.
